Your Virtual Receptionist
Most people ringing to enquire about a service will not leave a message if they encounter voicemail.

Springs To Mind will answer your incoming calls in your company name as if we are your receptionist/PA.
You are in total control of when we take calls on your behalf. For example, this can be when you are out of the office, away from your desk or on the phone. Relax in the knowledge that your calls will always be handled professionally.
With your own virtual receptionist you can have all your calls professionally answered and the messages sent to you as a text, email or fax. You can divert to us as little or as often as you want.
We issue each of our virtual receptionist customers with an unique 0845 number.
If you're just starting your business, you may want to use the 0845 number as your main business number. If you would like to answer some calls yourself this is not a problem, please just ask us and we can set it to ring your home of business telephone first to give you a chance to answer. If you do not answer one of our virtual receptionist team will take the call for you.
Diverting your calls
BT and other providers typically have three divert services.
- Divert All Calls - dial *21*your virtual receptionist number # - this will divert all your calls directly to our virtual receptionist service without your telephone ringing. Importantly, your callers will not hear any BT messages so will believe the call has been answered by a receptionist in your office.
- Divert when engaged - dial *67* your virtual receptionist number # - this will divert your calls when you are on the telephone rather than the caller hearing the engaged tone or going to BT Call Minder.
- Divert on not answered - dial *61* your virtual receptionist number # - this will ring your telephone for 15 seconds before diverting. In this instance, BT play an announcement to the caller before transferring the call to our virtual receptionist team which breaks the impression we are answering calls in YOUR office. For this reason we don't recommend using this option.
